Founder
Vince is a seasoned digital transformation leader with a deep-rooted mission to empower the Air and Space Force—and now the broader federal innovation ecosystem. His journey began at AFWERX, where he played a pivotal role in fostering collaboration and accelerating innovation across government and industry. He later served as Lead Program Manager at the Department of the Air Force’s Digital Transformation Office (DTO), where he led critical modernization initiatives that reshaped acquisition and sustainment processes across the service.
In 2025, after an impactful career within the Department of Defense, Vince founded AcqX Solutions with the goal of helping federal contractors navigate acquisition strategy and win in the competitive world of federal procurements. With a unique blend of operational experience and policy acumen, he now advises companies on aligning their capabilities with government needs, translating emerging technologies into actionable acquisition pathways.
Vince is passionate about building high-performing teams and cultivating a culture of entrepreneurial thinking within complex bureaucracies. He is a strong advocate for empowering Airmen, Guardians, and innovators alike to take ownership, challenge norms, and drive meaningful change.
